- Review the tenant move in & monthly expenses list on the home page of this site.
- Compare that to your monthly income and make sure that you can cover all expenses.
- Use the Buy Now button below to pay the (nonrefundable) $40 fee for EACH adult applicant.
- PLEASE NOTE: Adults include: children 18 years and older and co-signers. Each adult that will be living in the home, or co-signing, must pay the $40 processing fee & submit an application.
- Submit the Rental Application Form below, one time for EACH adult applicant.
