  • What Kind of lease?
    • Month-to-month that can be canceled at any time by either party, with 20 day's notice (See example here). It is our goal to have long term tenants that will take great care of this house and turn it into their home!
  • When can I walk through?

  • Is the property maintained privately or by a management company?
    • Privately. This property is family owned and managed. As mentioned above we are looking for long-term tenants who take good care of the yard and home. We have had some tenants for over 30 years!
  • What are the requirements to be approved?
    • CREDIT/INCOME
      • There are no credit or income requirements. Our only concern is that all of the move in and monthly costs can be covered and that the monthly rent is consistently paid on time.
    • CRIMINAL RECORD
      • We do a background check on each adult applicant and are primarily looking for honesty. Please specify all past criminal history up-front on the application form and it will not affect our selection process.
    • CO-SIGNERS
      • We do allow cosigners. They will need to submit an application (& pay the $40 application fee) and will be named on the rental contract.

We have recived more calls, texts, and emails for this property than we can respond to and do not want to collect fees for applicants that have no chance of being considered.
